Sign language should absolutely be taught to all children so in future generations it becomes a Wonder why Christmas missed Us sweater all to communicate regardless of language barriers. Have the pleasure of knowing this wee boy from time down in Yorkhill and he is a wee superstar. And his parents are a credit to him cracking family and proud to call them our friends. How beautiful is this boy! His face lit up when he saw Makaton on the TV! Made my heart melt, why on earth is this not taught in schools? No barriers to communication anymore, so many barriers would be just gone a thing of the past! This would be amazing if taught in schools.

Offical Wonder why Christmas missed Us sweater
So many people would benefit from this if more of Wonder why Christmas missed Us sweater. I used very very basic signs for both my children before they could speak. It gave them a voice and so reduced their frustrations. They could “tell” me when they wanted a drink or food or more of or less of something for example. I think using sign language routinely in schools and in the work place and on tv can only enhance all of our lives. Good job CBeebies. We all need to learn it ! My son is healthy but I will never forget him signing cat and then saying it the first time ! He picked up some many words from Mr. Tumble and I enjoyed seeing every sign he learned it should be taught in schools.
